This has been found to decrease the stress levels in many people. Other than the deep breathing exercises, relaxation exercises will also help the individual to have a decrease in the stress levels. This is because relaxation exercises give adequate exercise to the muscles of the body and also the mind. This causes a reduction in the stress levels and also a reduction in the chance of the person getting chest pain.
