A lot of people are asking, what does a heart attack feel like, how does it feel like to have a heart attack. Researching shows that there are a few signs that you could have before or during a heart attack.
i) Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes.

ii) Pain spreading to many parts of the body, like the shoulders, neck or arms. The pain may be mild to intense. It may feel like pressure, tightness or burning. It can be located in the chest, upper abdomen, neck, jaw, or inside the arms or shoulders.
iii) Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea or shortness of breath.
iv) Anxiety, nervousness and/or cold, sweaty skin.
v) Dizziness, paleness or pallor.
vi) Increased or irregular heart rate. Tachycardia can happen.
vii) Feeling of impending doom, like you know you are going to die.
