<p>The best cut of meat to make roast beef is tenderloin, though rump is also a good choice. 4.	Adding salt before baking, takes out the moisture from the meat, so wait till the end to season the beef with salt.<br />

<p>Select fresh bright green stalks of asparagus for cooking. Break the asparagus to check for freshness, it should “snap” when broken from the end and not be limp.
